My Role

  • Served as the central project lead, managing all planning and execution across 4 national partners: RightNow Media, World Vision, Full Strength Network, and Brotherhood Mutual

  • Led monthly check-ins with clients and partners to maintain alignment

  • Created detailed project plans and dashboards to track progress across 22+ sub-projects

  • Oversaw the creation and coordination of all marketing materials and strategy for events, webinars, podcasts, and monographs

  • Managed production timelines, internal teams, external vendors, and partner feedback cycles
