Creating West Shore Free Church’s First Centralized Brand

With over 45 ministries operating independently, West Shore Free Church lacked a cohesive brand identity. Each ministry used its own colors, fonts, and messaging, creating a fragmented experience for attendees and confusion for new visitors.

My Role

  • Cast vision and built alignment across ministries for a unified communications approach

  • Partnered with leadership and a designer to develop the church’s first brand system

  • Created a comprehensive brand guide to standardize tone, visuals, and messaging

Results

  • Church-wide adoption of consistent signage, welcome materials, and digital communications

  • Improved clarity for newcomers and alignment across teams

  • Established a foundation for long-term brand integrity and cultural cohesion
