Barna had never created video-based curriculum courses before, but new opportunities with RightNow Media and the Barna Access Plus platform required high-quality, multi-part teaching content complete with study guides. There was no existing system or precedent in place.

My Role

• Built a scalable end-to-end process for course development

• Led the production of 3 full-length courses (6 to 8 episodes each)

• Coordinated video shoots, including talent sourcing, scripting, and timelines

• Oversaw study guide creation in collaboration with writers and designers

• Managed cross-functional teams to ensure each course met platform specs

• Streamlined workflows across content, creative, and production teams

Results

• Successfully launched 5+ new courses on RightNow Media and Barna Access Plus

• Created a replicable course development model now used across the organization

• Improved cross-team efficiency and elevated the overall quality of deliverables
